Professional Knowledge Bias and Regulation

Professions and professional behaviour regulate and influence the use of knowledge, the imagination and, therefore, decisions and design outcomes. These influences should be taken into account and resisted during planning, design, and - especially - when seeking to include disempowered parties such as nonhumans into design processes.
