Meetings
How to Take Notes for Work - Note-taking Tutorial for Professionals
Before the meeting
- send reminder
- review relevant materials
- prepare the goals for the meeting, what do you want to get out of the meeting
- prepare an agenda
During the meeting
- summary of the last meeting, if any
- overview the agenda
- take notes (general notes, notes related to the goals of the meeting, todo notes for all relevant parties)
- confirm the key points at the end of the meeting based on the notes
- make the next meeting
